I spent 20 years leading men and women both on and off the battlefield in service to our country. The people I served alongside — hardworking, steady, and deeply committed — left an impact on me that will never fade. I still think about them every day.What stayed with me most wasn’t the missions or the milestones. It was the quiet moments in between — the times we sat together, talked about life, and shared what mattered to us back home. Those “campfire chats” taught me the value of honesty, clarity, and connection. They’re the reason I continue to serve today, just in a different way.Because of that, I work best with people who are committed to being the best version of themselves — individuals who show up every day, work hard toward their goals, and want to put their families in a stronger position.
