With years of experience in complex puzzle solving and piece fitting, I\'d say that realistically while my job title is now project manager, I\'m more of a swiss army knife. With both technical understanding and high emotional intelligence, I\'m often brought into projects that need delicate hand-holding, leadership, and a strong awareness of ongoing business and technical requirements. They say that project management is just herding cats and I can attest. Keeping the trains on time and the lights on is often a balancing act, but when performed well, it can be the difference maker in a successful project versus one that becomes underworked and overbudgeted. Thanks to some great mentors I\'ve had in my time in the industry, I\'m proud to finally be able to pass that knowledge to a team of individuals and help others grow within their respective career paths.
