ABOUT JESSE LUBAR

As CEO of OMG National, I oversee the management team, sales, product management, service professionals, and guide the operations of the organization. Currently the OMG team includes 125 employees located across the U.S. Our remote-first approach has enabled the company to grow more rapidly and with greater access to talent than ever before. Managing change has taken on new meaning in this post-pandemic iteration of the company and continuing to build on decentralized operations and manage for scale has been a most rewarding challenge. We are experts on Google\'s newest program, Local Services Ads, also known as the “Google Guarantee” and “Google Screened” program. We\'ve released the 3rd version of our Google Calls Advisor product, which wraps Local Services Ads and the Google Business profile into a powerful package, helping our clients to master the \"trust layer\" which Google has created with their new ad program. While many SEM/Internet Marketing providers are watching as millions of dollars transition from AdWords over to Local Services Ads, we have been busy pioneering this new product, developing the fulfillment & service approach, and working closely with our partners at Google as they take aim at other “paid trust” solutions and the associated ad dollars. Our research and development, combined with a proven optimization and bid methodology, has put OMG in the epicenter of this powerful, new ad unit from Google. My focus today centers around sales management, product development, and empowering the OMG team to make a positive impact for our clients, and to achieve their personal goals along the way.
