Responsible for the technical implementation of distributed antenna systems (DAS) and other managed networksWorks closely with internal teams to develop and deploy designs that meet or exceed internal and client expectations.Create, optimize, and review designs for cellular and public safety DAS networks - Assist with creation of ROMs and BOMs across different networks - Creation of carrier packages to be sent to wireless carriers for approval - Perform site surveys and benchmark testing and provide comprehensive reports with analysis and recommendations - Support network installation team in installation, configuration, and commissioning.Perform CW testing and spectrum analysis as well as PIM and OTDR testing as required - Assist other Engineers in complex cellular and public safety DAS commissioning, troubleshooting, and remote monitoring - Assist wireless carriers in optimization of DAS - Perform DAS maintenance to include fault analysis, interference mitigation, and link balancing - Validate installation of DAS head-end, remote equipment, and RF source.Create and review closeout documentation for all completed projects
