Write curriculum intended to teach clients and re-selling partners within the procurement space how to use three of JAGGAER’s most complex products: Spend Analytics+, Analytics, and Value Tracker• Record, edit, and produce all my own curriculum, soon to total over 30 hours of content• Edit videos using Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Audition, and then publish via YouTube, as well as our internal Learning Management System• Evolve with rapidly changing company demands, including breaking down many hours of recorded content into lots of shorter videos, in order to facilitate users finding answers more quickly• Build and maintain working relationships with global JAGGAER teammates in order to produce net-new content for the confusing, and often elusive, Spend Analytics+ space• Write, record, and edit all release videos for updates and changes to my specific products for all four yearly releases, recording different content for clients and internal stakeholders
