Part of initial team of 3 full time employees in the Pennsylvania market-Was responsible for building a team of sales team leaders, direct sales agents and sales quality analysts-Responsible for full cycle recruiting of new sales agents. This includes sourcing, phone screening, Face to Face interviewing, running background checks/drug screenings, onboarding and training of over 200 new sales agents over the last two years-Very proficient with training new employees in a class room environment. Conduct new training class every week, with an average of 4 attendees at each new training session-Proficient with onboarding of new employees with regard to ensuring all necessary paperwork such as I-9, W-4 and accompanying documentation are completed and provided-Source candidates through a number of different sources. These include internet job boards, career fairs and field recruiting efforts-Utilize Applicant Tracking Software system iCims for tracking all new candidates through recruiting process.
