   Over the last 5 years I have completed several projects at HOAG HOSPITAL both in Newport and in Irvine with DEB CONSTRUCTION including: CDRC (Chemical Dependency Recovery) Bi-Plane (Radiology Procedure Room) SPD (Sterile Processing Department) Corporate Office for the HOAG HOSPITAL FOUNDATION 6/16-9/16 Most recently.completed a large TI including 6 floors of office space for B of A in 14 weeks. Extremely fast project and had to be completed including all furniture and technology up and operational and ready for move in.\"CRAZY FAST\" 12/15-6/16 Just completed a project in the new 4 building complex called HOAG SHADY CREEK MOB\'S. This project consists of 5 OR\'s, a GI/Procedure room, pre op and post op and all the related support rooms. I have been working in the OSHPD world for many years and have a great understanding of all aspects and really know how to push projects, communicate quickly, effectively and streamline the whole process with RFI\'S etc. I have outstanding relationships with the IOR\'s, ACO\' DSE\'s, Owners, CM\'s, Architects and engineers. I get jobs completed and I get them closed. Strong understanding of customer expectations and needs. Excelling in building relationships and motivating a team to working together and to provide the best possible product that results in a successful project through coordinating trades and developing partnerships. I always have the \"can do, will do, always a positive attitude and a positive and motivating effect to everyone around me regardless of how crazy a schedule may seem to others, I make it happen.\"There\'s nothing better building teams and getting everyone to buy in and work together and complete the most challenging of projects\"
