As the founder of Helios Recovery Services, Jesse Heffernan is instrumental in consulting and providing technical assistance for several Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) and nonprofit capacity building. He led the facilitation of Recovery Coach Training, equipping individuals with the skills necessary to support their communities. Jesse also co-planned and coordinated key events, including The Conference for HOPE and the 2019 Mobilize Recovery, a Facebook Community Leadership initiative in Las Vegas, NV. Furthermore, he spearheaded the 2019 and 2022 Recovery Alignment Days in Madison, WI introducing legislative priorities, and securing an official Governor Proclamation. Through his work with Helios, Jesse has focused on enhancing the capacity of RCOs and nonprofits, coaching Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) councils, and leading strategic public health initiatives to foster thriving, recovery-focused communities.
