Repair, reshape, and restyle jewelry using hand tools, machines, chemicals, and a torch. Performed goldsmith duties including, sizing, rechanneling, round/fancy stone setting, wire fabrication, laser welding, half-shanking, etc.Assist in operational matters, including placing special orders, setting up financing, receiving merchandise, balancing accounts, and processing repairs. Clean, maintain, and organize the shop and display cases to increase aesthetic appeal to customers in a way to produce a sale.Greet customers and determine their wants and needs so that they obtain their desired merchandise. Accomplishments:Have been with the same company for over 7 years.Progressed through the Trainee, Apprentice, Advanced, and Senior Levels of the Riddle’s Goldsmith Training Program.Have moved for the company 3 times. From Sioux Falls, SD to Cheyenne, WY in 2009. From Cheyenne to Missoula, MT in 2010. And most recently from Missoula to Bozeman, MT in April of 2014.
