This position consists of Technical Engineering Sales for both secure/ non-secure communication systems primarily to the U.S. Federal Government, U.S. Military, and Intelligence Community. A few broad examples of our customer groups include satellite space launch and control, military test and training ranges, air combat training, command & control at sea, and any additional applications requiring mission-critical voice communications for command and control military/government applications.Job Responsibilities Include-Currently manage a Federal Sales Annal Pipeline of roughly $25 Million in revenue for both current customers and new business opportunities-Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies and campaigns that align with the company\'s goals and objectives both domestic and international-Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment-Experience excelling in opportunity qualification, proposals, campaigns, strategy planning and closing multi-million dollar opportunities within the Department of Defense, Military, and Defense Contractor industries-Produce and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and RMA management-Currently hold and maintain a TS-SCI Government Security Clearance w/ Poly-Assist in recruiting and onboarding new members of the growing Federal Sales Team as well as other teams in our division.
