I’m an operations and program leader with 25+ years of experience driving transformation across manufacturing, technical service operations, supply chain, and large cross-functional programs. I specialize in bringing order to chaos—stabilizing environments, building structure, and improving performance through clarity, communication, and trust. My career spans the U.S. Navy, Azima DLI, and Fluke Reliability, where I’ve led teams of all sizes, managed complex ERP and operational integrations, redesigned manufacturing processes, modernized product lines, and stood up new facilities without impacting customers. I’m known for being steady in high-pressure situations, highly dependable, and exceptionally good at helping teams move from ambiguity to execution. What I enjoy most is developing people and improving systems.
