At Sabre, Jesse has completely overhauled the travel security and global intelligence programs by modernizing the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and implementing state of the art security technology. Jesse previously served as Vice President of Corporate Security for Fidelity Investments, responsible for the strategic leadership, physical security, life safety, training and readiness of multiple Fidelity locations across North America.Prior to this, Jesse served as the Global Head of Fidelity’s Workplace Violence Prevention Program responsible for managing the corporate Threat Assessment Team made up of security, employment law, and human resource groups. Jesse is a graduate of the Advanced Threat Assessment & Management Academy taught by Gavin DeBecker & Associates, one of the premier threat assessment programs in the world. In this role, Jesse was responsible for creating and delivering training to thousands of associates across the globe and providing both proactive and reactive threat assessment solutions to hundreds of situations. From 2005-07, Jesse served overseas as the Country Head for Fidelity Corporate Security in India, with responsibility for investigations, vetting services, physical security operations, travel security, executive support and incident response for all India based operations. His experience also includes establishing new regional security operations throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. Jesse has also led large scale special events such as the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics and numerous Fidelity executive site visits.
