   Oversee all warehouse and delivery operations Job Duties and Responsibilities:Assign, manage and prioritize daily duties (shipping, receiving, and delivery) for warehouse and driving personnel and follow up to insure the tasks are completed on time and error free. Determine delivery route to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customers\' orders Ensures shipping and receiving functions including receipt of inventory, process returns and warranty are completed accurately and daily. Coordinates inbound receiving schedule allowing ample time for freight to be received and put away accurately on a daily basis. Coordinates outbound shipping schedule ensuring customers receive their orders per their specifications. Maintain all required certifications required by DOT, OSHA and company safety programs for all warehouse and delivery personnel. Assist Distribution Center Manager with developing and managing annual budget. Holds monthly team meetings. Coordinates building maintenance and security. Participate in after hours On Call Schedule and Training Classes. Work cooperatively with others. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
