As Director of Legal Solutions, I lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI trainers specializing in legal AI model training. I develop and maintain detailed playbooks outlining responsibilities and daily workflows, define clear team goals, performance metrics, and accountability standards, and manage the end-to-end legal deliverables process. I develop, implement, and maintain SLAs for document workflows and AI training, track and analyze operational metrics including turnaround times, throughput, and error rates, and proactively resolve workflow bottlenecks to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. I ensure proper use of the CRM for ticketing, activity tracking, and documentation, coordinate with the Customer Success team to address client-specific issues, and partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform performance while delivering regular reports to leadership.As HR Director, I direct all aspects of HR strategy and operations, including recruitment and onboarding, compliance with employment laws, performance management, compensation and benefits, DEI initiatives, professional development, employee engagement, HR policy and operations, payroll, and resolution of workplace issues. I collaborate with leadership and advisors to align HR initiatives with organizational strategy, foster a positive and high-performing culture, and ensure HR processes support business goals and employee growth.
