I am a reservationist at Hyatt Regency Crystal City, where I communicate with all hotel departments efficiently and oversee guest registration, reservations, and other clerical duties with a focus on quality and courtesy. I also have solid experience in accounting functions, such as account payable/receivable and auditing. I graduated with two bachelor degrees in Criminology and Family Science, along with two minors in Human Development and Law and Society, at the University of Maryland, College Park.As an emergency response team intern at the DC Metropolitan Police Department, I gained valuable insights into the field of law enforcement and public safety, and developed skills in teaching, public counseling, and crisis management. I am passionate about serving the community and promoting social justice, and I aspire to apply my knowledge and skills in a career that combines criminology and family science. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong work ethic, a collaborative attitude, and a willingness to learn.
