Twenty years in the USDA Forest Service has taught me that conservation is a team sport.Currently serving as Chief of Staff for two major regions, I oversee the operational heartbeat of an organization that protects some of our nation’s most vital natural resources. I view my role as a \"force multiplier;\" I’m here to ensure our regional leadership is synchronized, our resources are optimized, and our vision is realized.I am passionate about the intersection of public service and land management. I don’t just manage workflows; I build the systems that allow our people to focus on what really matters. I believe in smart productivity, transparent leadership, and never losing sight of the dirt, trees, and water that make this work so essential.
