Although I work with many types of clients, I specialize in structuring mortgage plans for individuals who are going through transitions in their lives. In fact, I have a particular focus on developing pre- and post-divorce settlement mortgage scenarios. I view a mortgage as a key part of someone’s financial world and it’s important to structure it in alignment with the rest of your financial goals. I don’t look it as a simple transaction, but rather an on-going process where we work together to achieve your needs. And at Draper & Kramer Mortgage, I have the resources available to help my clients develop and then execute the best strategies. When I’m not working with my clients, you’ll usually find me at a ballgame or a dance recital supporting my kids!

   I specialize in residential mortgages, I offer competitive rates on Conventional, FHA, VA and Jumbo mortgages. We are a \"full house lender\" meaning we process, underwrite and provide the funds to close. This allows me to have full control of the scenario from beginning to end. In-house underwriting gives me the ability to work one on one with the underwriter to get as creative as the parameters will allow. Educating my client along the way is an important factor in the process to me as I work with them to meet their current and future financial mortgage goals.
