About Jessamy Taylor

I like to tinker, learn, and make things. Interests include biomechanics, outdoor sports, bagpipe band drumming, and the Oxford comma. Currently, I learn about things and write words so that other people don’t have to try as hard to learn the things I learned. In engineering school, I wanted to make things work. In product design school, someone wise told me that if something doesn’t look nice, it doesn’t work, because no one will use it. Similarly with technical writing, if people don’t know how to use code because there’s no documentation, the code doesn’t work. At least not for humans. I like to make things work for humans, so I write docs. And I try my best to make those docs good.
