   Responsible for the implementation and operation of the campus wide energy management systems (EMS), implementing control strategies, performing systems integrations, and designing control systems that maximize equipment efficiency, increase occupant comfort, and reduce utility consumption. Manage capital EMS installations and upgrades through the entire project life cycle. Implementing electrical submetering to aggregate electrical usage and cost by building. Developed and maintains the college’s energy usage tracking system, which tracks over 200 individual utility accounts that total over $3.6M annually. Establishes and maintains utility budgets and quarterly forecasts. Developing the college\'s energy master plan and sustainability plan. Member of Stonehill\'s Environmental Stewardship Council and head of its Green Fund Committee, which approves funding for student led sustainability initiatives. Works with student organizations to help them promote sustainability and grow their own programs. Guest lecture for classes throughout the year. Work with students on class projects that involve energy management. Implement, develop and manage sustainability internship program.
