   Education Design: As e-learning instructional designer, collaborated with developers and subject matter experts to create and facilitate interactive learning conferences, eLearning modules, one-sheets, and videos for Stores and Brand Partners. Obtained ATD’s Designing Learning Certificate.• Production Support: As Brand Video Specialist, supported brands and production companies in media development of product and brand story videos used on product pages on Sephora.com and to train retail staff. Provided feedback on brand created content. Coached talent and acted as talent in Sephora created videos. Quality improvements during my tenure drove a >3X increase in video completion rate.• Partner Management: Worked directly with Sephora Brand Partner C-level executives to shape educational messaging for over 100 brands, including Chanel, Urban Decay, Briogeo, Clean Reserve, Too Faced, and Tatcha.
