I am passionate about giving people the power to take health into their own hands through prevention, wellness, and symptom management so we can all live our best lives. I am fascinated by the mind body connection and believe that many symptoms, even physical, are more modifiable than we know. As a breast surgical oncologist, I am an advocate for screening, prevention, and early detection of cancer. As a coach, I am passionate about helping people find their true passions and living their best lives through what resonates with them rather than what they believe they should based on other people’s ideas. As a scientist with experiences in clinical and bench research and data analysis, I rely on data rather than guessing and believe digital technology and AI are the wave of the future.I advocate for extending healthcare to prevention and wellness on a widespread population level rather than only a sick care model.
