I\'m a goal-oriented planner committed to building community connection through positive group physical activity engagement and helping people explore their wellness journey: Create one-of-a-kind wellness events and educational opportunities that promote personal development, foster connection, contribute to building a healthy population, and optimize the engagement experience: Connecting people, organizing logistics, creating killer spreadsheets, leading collaborative teams, building lasting relationships, solving impossible problems, being fiercely optimistic, changing people’s lives, and doing fitness differently: Whether it\'s guiding a 40-student weekend recreation trip, executing a 200-guest Yoga Rave, or planning a Wellness Challenge, I take pride in providing memorable, diverse, and inclusive wellness experiences while always leading my team with kindness. I am all about relationships and genuine human connection. I believe it starts with inspiring my team to unlock their own greatness and utilizing their strengths to implement these amazing events. I value continued learning and am always seeking opportunities for growth!I lived in Edmonton, AB for 9.5-years. I danced competitively for 20-years, and utilized this passion to become a certified Group Fitness and Barre instructor. I’m an avid traveller who has worked on cruise ships and visited 30 countries before 30-years. I love exploring cities through food, attending Broadway shows, and listening to Fitness/Business podcasts.
