Collaborating with 250+ existing vendors and 30+ news vendors monthly to maintain and update new employees across 450 rental locations and shop codes, enabling the Audit teams to approve work orders and pay for maintenance and repairs of marine and domestic container chassis- Resolving invoicing system errors by collaborating with the fleet operations team to edit and correct missing info, restore expired invoices, correct the company responsible for repairs, thus enabling invoices to be submitted properly within the ERP systems- Streamlined repair payment processing by verifying work order accuracy, reconciling 95+ SQL and XML data files, and ensuring vendor service costs aligned with completed work, reducing billing errors and improving payment efficiency- Collaborating with managers and directors across 3 cross-functional teams, including IT, Audit, and external vendors, to troubleshoot 80+ monthly system errors by analyzing bugs in the invoicing and repair order platform- Handling inquiries on invoice failures, work order discrepancies, and credit memos, processing corrections via SharePoint, and ensuring accurate billing through structured audits and cross-functional coordination.
