For more than 20 years I’ve worked across health, tech, and brand, leading teams through the kind of messy, real problems that don’t have clear parameters or clean edges.I’m at my best when something needs to be rebuilt or rethought, whether that\'s a feature that isn’t landing, a system that’s gotten too heavy, or a way of working that no longer supports the people doing it.
