WORK HISTORY
Research Assistant @Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory Asdl
Tbilisi, GE
I am currently completing a M.S. Degree in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Tech, and am also a graduate research assistant for GT\'s ASDL. My current work involves: • Engine Performance Modeling: Developing a streamline curvature script to improve the accuracy of meanline estimates for engine performance on a systems level. This will allow faster and more reliable conceptual analysis.• Automated Blade Geometry Generation: Creating a parametric script that automatically generates blade geometryThus far, I have: •Developed predictive model of turbine tip clearance under thermal/rotational effects using Python to improve systems-level turbine efficiency estimates during conceptual design for project, sponsored by the FAA.•Automated airfoil shape generation and optimization for conceptual aircraft design using Siemens NX, ANSYS CFD, and Python, accelerating design iterations by years, sponsored by Siemens NX.•Applied Design of Experiments (DOE) and surrogate modeling to develop a data-driven decision-making dashboard for Hartsfield-Jackson Airport’s energy systems, identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs, energy demands, and sustainability goals, sponsored by ANSYS.•Participated in the ASDL Grand Challenges
