As the Zero Product Manager at Ecologi I\'m responsible for Ecologi\'s emission management tool: Zero.Since I joined the company we have grown the product from a free, self-serve tool to a successful paid-for hybrid product aimed at supporting businesses measure their emissions, specifically tailored to align with sustainability protocols such as PPN06/21. As part of this trajectory we\'ve developed from a loss making product to a best-in-class cross-functional team with a sustainable financial model.My responsibilities include- Leading a cross-functional business unit including commercial, marketing, design, carbon accountants and engineering specialists- Defining a long- and medium- term product vision and strategy for the Zero tool- Implementing growth marketing techniques to successfully target our ICP for exponential growth- Testing and establishing a pricing strategy for the product- Maintain a product roadmap across a ever-shifting industry background- Research and build business cases for new industry verticals to target- Senior stakeholder management, both internally and externally with customers- Iterating the product for continuous growth, aligning with agile methodologies
