ABOUT JESS HURLE

I have considerable experience in handling complex and challenging matters relating to land and buildings. I have particular expertise in energy sector property disputes (including rights of access and necessary wayleaves under the Electricity Act, and advising on property issues faced in the development and operation of onshore and offshire wind, hydrogen, solar and battery storage) and in the logistics sector. My goal is to provide my clients with succinct, strategic, and cost-effective advice that aligns with their business objectives and solves their disputes in a timely manner (or, even better, avoids them entirely). I have successfully advised and represented a wide range of clients, including institutional investors, funders, owners and developers in various asset management matters, including lease renewals, service charge disputes, dilapidations, and debt recovery. I pride myself on delivering solution focused, concise, commercial, and practical advice, without legal jargon.
