Through roles in people operations, recruiting, matchmaking, and university counseling, I have honed my abilities in assessment, communication, and strategic intervention to promote individual and organizational well-being and growth.As a lifelong learner, I’m passionate about mental health, human connection, nutrition, holistic wellness, and our relationship to everything around us. I enjoy reading about all of these topics and more, and I’m always up for a good book recommendation!
