   Jess was hired by Raymond West in January of 2023. In the last two and a half years she has been given opportunities to grow in reporting and tracking the supply chain function at Raymond West. She has been the driving force behind ensuring that spare parts for the conveyor systems arrive on time in full. Her biggest recommended spares parts list was over 300 SKUs with 7 different vendors. She was able to coordinate, deliver, check-in and handover at those sites with several sites getting a 100% on time in full metric. She is extremely detail-oriented, which helps her be able to conduct check-ins with the site personnel to ensure everything is on hand if needed. Most recently, she has been ordering and tracking recommended install spare parts to have at sites to ensure the install schedule doesn’t get impacted negatively if there is a broken or missing item.
