About Jess Nastasi

Jessica Nastasi, Ph. D, BCBA-D, LBA is a researcher and behavior scientist whose expertise spans quantitative and qualitative research, single-case designs, organizational behavior management, organizational effectiveness, and performance management. Dr. Nastasi is passionate about evaluating leadership and workplace practices that promote desirable performance outcomes while improving employee health and wellness. In their previous role as a researcher at McREL International, Dr. Nastasi conducted research and evaluation to enhance educational practices in collaboration with federal, state, and local education agencies. Prior, Dr. Nastasi served as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Florida, where they supported qualitative and quantitative research initiatives funded by the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council that aimed at improving applied behavior analysis provider support. Their previous applied experiences included providing direct behavior-analytic services in homes and schools, and consulting with various organizations to improve employee performance and safety.Dr. Nastasi holds a Ph.D. in Psychology with a focus in Behavior Analysis from the University of Florida, an M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Rowan University.
