About Jess Mora

I work in Advertising and Commercial Production, where I produce content for both digital and broadcast use. My background is in Agency Producing, where I spent 5.5 years learning the business. From start to finish, I got to be apart of the creative process: choosing directors, creating estimates, casting/ booking talent, prepping production, being on set, and leading editorial/finishing sessions. Then in 2014, I made my transition into Post-Production Producing, working at editorial and finishing houses such as Cut+Run Editorial, Umlaut Films, Avocados & Coconuts and Misfit Editorial. I\'ve gained added experience in creating post bids for various budgets, actualizing jobs day to day, managing post production timelines/budgets, and working with some amazing editors and assistant editors. Due to my position, I\'ve developed strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task on a variety of projects and now thrive in fast-paced, high pressured environments. I pride myself on being dependable, trustworthy, and having a great work ethic. So with a willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities, I feel confident I can tackle anything thrown my way.
