ABOUT JESS MILLS
Shooting AP for BBC Countryfile on regular shoots filming a wide range of countryside stories. Shooting Director for the Countryfile Young Countryside Champion Awards as part of the BBC’s Food and Farming Awards and the Countryfile Christmas Special. I have been part of the TV industry for almost 10 years, first starting out as a studio runner on a multi-camera magazine show and since working on a host of unscripted productions, including Animal Park, Morning Live, The One Show and Crimewatch. I am an alumna from the National Film and Television School with an MA in Directing & Producing Science & Natural History, as well as the University of Westminster with a First Class Honours in BA Television Production. As part of my BA, I achieved the Student Excellence Award in both year 1 and 2 of my studies.
