In my role as Senior Client Success Manager at DCMI, I partner with senior stakeholders to deliver large-scale initiatives across global organisations. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, I ensure programmes move from strategy to execution smoothly — aligning stakeholders, coordinating international project teams, and implementing delivery systems that maintain quality and impact at scale.Most recently, I led the delivery of a global career coaching programme for a major financial services client, reaching more than leaders across multiple regions within six months. This involved managing a distributed network of coaches and consultants across multiple time zones, establishing scalable onboarding and delivery frameworks, and ensuring consistent programme quality while supporting client objectives.Alongside my client success and programme leadership work, I am a qualified coach (ACC, International Coaching Federation) with more than a decade of experience supporting leaders across cultures and industries.
