I am a Senior Director at TIAA with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a financial services leader, I focus on empowering my team to leverage cross-functional business relationships while also supporting their own professional growth, as they continue to support the financial wellness of our clients.My team focuses on onboarding and training new hires on TIAA\'s comprehensive financial guidance and solutions, tailored to their clients\' needs and goals. We empower, educate, and provide advice to clients through online tools, and virtual support.I hire, coach, and develop consultants, and ensure they are aware of and fully utilize the many powerful resources and business partners we have at TIAA. Together, we strive to deliver recommendations and strategies that best fit each client\'s unique objectives and address even the most complex financial needs.When I am not working, I enjoy the beauty and nature of Colorado, reading, and traveling. I feel very fortunate to have found a home at TIAA, and am grateful each day for the diversity and inclusion that is integral to our identity. I know that the work we do each day has a positive impact in our own communities and beyond, by helping to foster confidence and stability for our clients and associates alike.
