   Created and implementing long-term, multi-year global DEI strategy with goals to increase representation of women globally and Black and Latinx talent in the United States, center inclusive leadership, and positively engage with our communities. Manage 4 global Employee Resource Groups and 9 local Hubs that build awareness through celebrations, multicultural speaking events and learning and development opportunities. Built and implemented Waters first Summer Internship Program, recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding over 150 interns globally, ensuring they have engaging, supportive and collaborative learning experiences. Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to support our community engagement and philanthropy work, including partnerships with HBCUs, internships for local high school students, and leading our social work within the ESG framework. Coaching senior leaders to build their understanding of DEI, how to incorporate it in their work, and how to build inclusive teams through leadership development and cultural competency.
