Provide training to all Senate staff using the following process: analyze Senate related job tasks and conduct needs analysis to verify there is a need for training and the training does not already exist; develop training objectives and content to include in training materials; design a training plan using the most appropriate learning option; implement training plan; and evaluate feedback to ensure training needs are being met. Develop, test, edit, update, and maintain a variety of technical documentation, including but not limited to procedural software user guides, quick cards, instructor guides, training materials, online lessons, and evaluation instruments.Solely responsible for creating the Senate Office of Education and Training (@SenateTraining) Twitter strategy proposal, approved by the Senate SAA and Senate Rules Committee and verified by Twitter. Solely responsible for content creation and delivery. Content includes but is not limited to the following: provide inside access to training resources, classes and events designed specifically for new staff, to increase job performance and gain knowledge of the Senate community; encourage two way communication to engage new staff and increase customer service while building new relationships; enhance communication by utilizing and leveraging all existing communication methods such as the Senate intranet, Training’s internal website, the LMS, email, and other SAA publications.Collaborate with a small team to help with the creation of Education and Training marketing materials seen in Webster, the Education and Training website, the Services Guides, and other publications.
