With over 20 years of work experience in various customer service and communication roles, I have developed a passion for helping others succeed and grow. I most recently worked as a Service Quality & Readiness Evaluator at LinkedIn, where I assess the performance and tone of the LMS Support Consultants in their interactions with advertising professionals regarding their marketing goals and challenges. I also work as the Social Media Coordinator and Manager at Brother Sebastian\'s Steak House & Winery, where I create engaging content and manage online reviews and feedback.
