Seasoned attorney with over 15 years of experience navigating a range of preeminent government enforcement cases across the country. I\'ve helped public companies and executives navigate high-profile bet-the-company situations involving government enforcement and related litigation. My experience includes leading numerous internal investigations for tech and other companies involving allegations of bribery, antitrust violations, securities violations, theft of trade secrets and economic espionage, data privacy and cybersecurity. I proactively counsel clients on a wide range of compliance issues and assist with the development and implementation of compliance programs and defend those programs in regulatory investigations.
