I am a highly experienced quality assurance, compliance and regulatory professional with over a decade of experience working within awarding organisations, supported by extensive experience across both the private sector and further education. My career has been centred on safeguarding standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and embedding effective quality assurance frameworks within complex, regulated environments.I have a proven track record in leadership and management, including leading and developing quality assurance teams, External Quality Assurers, Subject Moderators and associates. My experience includes internal and external quality assurance, assessment and verification, examinations management, lecturing and professional coaching. I have worked closely with centres, training providers and stakeholders to manage risk, maintain compliance, address malpractice and complaints, and drive continuous improvement in line with regulatory requirements.Alongside my quality and regulatory expertise, I bring a strong specialist background in Education and Training, Active Leisure, Land-based, Access to HE, ESOL and Maths and English related qualifications.
