Presently, I oversee renovations quality control for multi-family communities in the Atlanta Metro area. I have been involved in all facets of residential construction from to sales and day to day operations of supervisory work as a Project manager to Area construction management using various metrics to enhance performance, managing budgets, scheduling, staffing and building codes. These duties have included but are not limited to: project bidding, bid packages, negotiations, subcontractor administration, material management and timely project completion. Also, I am experienced working with sub-contractors to determine liability and resolve conflict issues.Prior to my role in multi and single family renovation and restoration Quality Control I excelled for thirty years as an Enterprise Technology solutions Sales expert in Point-of-Sale, SaaS, security, and Client Virtualization.
