I am Jess Clowes, a Senior Recruiter at Crossover Health, a health tech company that offers an integrated care delivery model for employers. With over four years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, I specialize in talent strategy and marketing recruitment for the healthcare industry. In my current role, I lead the clinical recruiting for the central region, where I oversee the hiring and retention of qualified and diverse candidates who share our vision of health as it should be.
