   Director of Start Strong (2018-present); Project Manager (20••••18); Intern (20••••12)Initially I started as an intern, within a year I was promoted to Manager, and am now the Director. My work can be categorized into several categories: Training/Education, Program Management/Design, and Youth Development. Training/Education: Trained approximately middle and high school students and approximately adults in healthy relationship promotion, teen dating violence prevention, media literacy, LGBTQ, systems of oppression, porn literacy, and healthy break ups. I\'ve created, developed, and implemented workshops/curriculums that have received International attention, including a Porn Literacy training, THE HALLS, Healthy Break Up workshops, and Tools for adults to support young people. Program Management/Design: Manage day-to-day logistics of programming, including creative direction and financial management. Implement evaluation and assessment, capturing attitudes, knowledge, and behavior shifts. Youth Development: Train, supervise, and support over 100 peer leaders in teen dating violence prevention and healthy relationship promotion content areas for 6 years. Facilitate, foster, and cultivate an Internationally recognized Peer Leadership program.Our work was featured in the New York Times Magazine:
