Freelance Consultant as Project manager within pharma and production industries. In Denmark as well as international. My background is as computer vision specialist and programmer. My educations are Engineer in Mathematics and in Electronics. My latest achievements are with Novo Nordisk, Ferrosan Medical Devices and Coloplast. As project Manager, Work Package Owner, Vendor Lead, Computer Vison expert and Senior Data Manager.My natural forces are; Structure e.g. project planning, breaking complex tasks down to simper once, todo-lists and follow up. Creative e.g. finding solutions to difficulties, finding new business ideas or simply optimizing existing processes. Entrepreneurial mindset where I often challenge and solve statements like “it can’t be done”. Self-development and focus on efficiency. My more trained skills include communication / stakeholder management and energizing teams.With my 20 years of experience I\'ve managed, developed and produced computer vision systems in analysis instruments and in industrial machines. Mainly inline inspection within pharma and organic materials with a high demand of quality, stability and reproducibility. I’ve worked with all areas of selecting and setup cameras, lenses, light setup, hardware development, software for image and data analysis and UI etc. Complex quality systems with high innovation for sorting and handling of minks for furs, agricultural automation, thermography, meat analysis, fish food, windmill wings, impurities, inspection of springs, UV inspection, etc. Advanced concept development and serial development and manufacturing.
