   Director, Agile Project Management team, comprised of project managers and agile-train engineers (Scrum Masters) located in the US and India. Responsible for leading and coordinating over 15 teams globally utilizing Agile practices and execution. Teams perform Software Development, Big Data & Data Analytics, Quality Assurance (QA), Information & Data Security and Compliance, and IT Infrastructure Operations. Together they deliver robust solutions and reliable features for our Web-based, API, Batch processing, big-data products meeting key Strategic Roadmap commitments. Initially responsible for department Agile transformation to operating for continuous delivery under Scrum framework. Start-to-Finish Valued Delivery: Directing development and product management organizations to continuous delivery of stakeholder functionality. Incremental functionality implemented, tested, and released every two weeks. Performing strategic capacity planning for near-term feature deliverables from long-term initiatives Conducting Program Increment (PI) planning involving Stakeholders, Product Managers, and Development teams. Guiding Scrum teams for upcoming execution through - scope, definition, estimation, backlog Leading and sustaining agile development practices - using Scrum, primarily, and Kanban where proper. Portfolio Management Managing technology project portfolio lifecycle - definition, estimation, prioritization, implementation, and release. Generating Project-cost estimation and Capacity Planning based on budgets and staffing levels and needs. Preparing portfolio long-term (3-5 yr) planning and (0-2 yr) roadmap planning using current and projected resources. Key tools - Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, Rally, PPM, Clarity, Miro, Microsoft Office Suite & Teams
