I work with a HR Recruitment firm where, I handle employee onboarding, relieving processes and team handling. I am extensively involved in working with a team of 6 members where I nurture their professional growth and mentor them. I monitor and manage the day-to-day activities of the team members. As the Key Account Manager, I was involved in client procurement and handling. Mainly I have focused on vendor empanelment during my initial tenure and have successfully empaneled the company with Major IT and Physical domain firms for recruitment and staffing. During this process, I was involved in preparing agreements and other related documents. I am involved in accounts and payroll handling also. I have pioneered some recreation activities at work for the welfare of the staff. My previous experience was completely in Java full-stack software development where I have worked to develop, enhance and maintain websites for Finance and Banking domains.
