   As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Sutherland, I support the recruitment team by screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements. My role involves reviewing resumes, assessing candidate suitability, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a smooth workflow for the TA team. I also assist the team with basic coordination and provide support wherever needed during the hiring process. This experience is helping me build a strong foundation in recruitment operations and HR communication.
