Founding member of grassroots start-up, developed to over 200 members. Directs overall strategy of editorial content creation through multiple medias; responsible for all publishing, reviewing and employment of submissions. Supervised all 80+ publications by writers from at least 20 different countries, wrote and edited articles. Established partnerships with international organisations, other local non-profits and Singaporean ministerial bodies. Singapore\'s first-ever data-driven article on a \'sexual violence epidemic\'; won awards by the: SIGMA Awards Global Investigative Journalism Network, World Association of News Publishers alongside that of Guardian, Al Jazeera, Reuters, and The NY Times.

ABOUT JESIE K. RANDHAWA
A postgraduate hailing from SciencesPo Paris with a Masters in International Development and a Bachelors in International Relations from King’s College London, my focus is policymaking with specialisms in Human Rights and Global Security Risks. With experience at the UNDP Malaysia and also having worked on a Gender Equality White Paper, I have appropriately sunk my teeth into public policy projects. During Singapore’s first pandemic lockdown in 2020, I co-founded and served as Editor-in-Chief for Women Unbounded, a local grassroots non-profit organisation, making clear my devotion to intersectional feminism and gender equality in Singapore. An explorer at heart, I am a globe-trekking backpacker who hopes to cover as much of the world as I can. Other loves of mine include photography and open water scuba diving, and aside from seeking adventures, I am an avid reader of fantasy, literature and history.
