My job was to build the models, structure the analysis, and make sure the right people had the right information to say yes. On the operating side: I co-founded a telehealth platform and ran growth strategy, financial modeling, and marketing analytics end to end. We scaled to $5M ARR. I also spent two years managing a $4B loan portfolio, led a debt restructuring that freed up $20M in working capital, and presented directly to the CFO.
