As Head of Design at the J. Paul Getty Museum, I lead the Getty Museum\'s Design Department, a team of 10 interdisciplinary designers focused on designing the Museum\'s galleries, exhibitions, and promotional materials for the Getty Center Museum, Getty Villa Museum, and the Getty Research Institute. In addition to my role of Head of Design, I co-lead the Getty Safe and Welcoming Committee, a DEAI committee focused on providing and welcoming and inviting environment for all, especially historically underserved audiences such as people of color and those with disabilities. I also serve on the Getty\'s Visitor Experience and Wayfinding Working Groups, and the Museum\'s Decorative Arts Collection Renovation Steering Committee and Bilingual Working Group, leading design and implementation of a bilingual exhibition program and integration plans for the permanent collection, and am leading Accessibility improvement efforts for the Museum.
