Serves as the primary lead on budget processes, approvals, and communications for the team.• Ensures alignment between City policies, department procedures, and program and fiscal requirements by building strong relationships and advocating for and implementing needed policy changes in coordination with the department operations Director.• Responsible for the division’s budget-related communications, including writing budget and policy briefs; and responding to queries on ADS investments from the Department, City Budget Office, State Unit on Aging, and other funders. • Advises division and department leadership on division investments; provides guidance on state revenue contract policies and procedures; and makes recommendations for process and system improvement, including changes resulting from state audit findings. • Promotes awareness and understanding of ADS budget through presentations for staff, ADS Advisory Council, and other key partners; providing regular communications on budget status; and developing dashboards to share critical metrics.• Supervises development of the budget, in partnership with HSD fiscal team and ADS planning unit
